8 Weeks of Wellness Schedule

Each virtual session lasts 60 minutes and is organized into two segments: wellness and strength training. Adrien will lead you through a specific topic, reviewing your resources and homework to help you build a foundation of midlife wellness that will serve you during this program and beyond.

BONUS WEEK! Before beginning the 8 Weeks of Wellness program, you’ll attend a 45-minute virtual session intended to allow Adrien to evaluate how your body moves and introduce you to Adrien’s approach to functional strength training.
