In this 50-minute session, Adrien expertly guides you through a resistance and metabolic training program intended to work your whole body — and mind!
We start with a quick 5-minute discussion to keep you on track with your goals then we dive right into a warm up for the strength session.
Adrien’s template is simple and consistent for each session:
- Warm up the whole body, most of the time on the floor.
- 3 sets of movements based on who is in the session with 2 to 3 exercises in each set. As a fan of active recovery, every member will walk between sets down the hall or wherever she is located and high five her community in the process for their hard work.
- We finish each session with a metabolically challenging finisher like jumps, swings, sled and ropes.
- At the end of the session, all members get on the floor and place their legs on the wall for a quick recap of favorites and deep breathing.Â
Expectations
Community: You will meet others also seeking holistic lasting wellness. Say “HELLO!” Most weeks you will be encouraged to communicate with one or more partners from your group. The strength of your group lies in the special bond we form. Stay connected and support each other, even if you're on the move.
Punctuality: Please be on time. Sessions start promptly, arriving late means you will miss valuable content. Each minute is jam-packed with information and strategies to help you find your true wellness. In the event you are late, we will continue the session and you can ask a team member what you missed.Â
Weekly Homework:Â Completing the weekly homework will enhance your overall experience and ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming session.
Online Etiquette:Â When joining our online session in Kajabi, have your materials and equipment ready and be distraction-free. Keep your phone on "do not disturb" during sessions.Â
Participation:Â Share your experiences, listen, and celebrate successes with the group. Raise your hand when you would like to share.Â
Opting Out:Â If you ever wish to refrain from a discussion or engagement, listening is a welcome form of participation.
